Same Sky Bracelets are made by women in Rwanda and is a trade-not-aid initiative providing employment opportunities to women who survived the 1994 Genocide. Same Sky allows these women to rebuild their lives and lift themselves out of poverty by providing them with a Hand UP NOT a Hand-Out. I have often heard that Donna Karan has never met a cause that she didn't like. This event is just one of the many ways that Karan gives back to her community and the world!
