My 2019 Pride Month was one for the books! If you were following my adventures on my Instagram then you saw that I had the opportunity to do all sorts of fabulous, rainbow covered things last month. 

A huge highlight of my Pride Month this year has to be moderating a Pride panel at Lululemon's Soho, NYC location. The panel discussed Queer Artistry and Entrepreneurship and featured Tyler Wallach of Tyler Wallach Studio and the cast of Pride The Series (now available on Amazon Prime) on Thursday, June 27th. 

The panel's key speaker was queer artist Tyler Wallach of Tyler Wallach Studio who spoke about the highs and lows of being a queer artist and business owner in New York City.  Wallach utilized his opportunity with Lululemon to also feature Queer artists and entrepreneurs of color which he felt was important in order to ensure that people were informed about Queer artistry and entrepreneurship from diverse voices in the LGBTQIA+ community.

I was thrilled when I was asked to moderate the panel and I am thankful to Tyler Wallach Studio and Lululemon for the opportunity to share my story of being a gay Latino in the fashion/entertainment influencer and blogger space.

Pride The Series, available on Amazon Prime, was created by Dorell Anthony who was joined by fellow cast members, Adam Andrew Rios, Braden Bradley and Ashley Erin Mitchell. Dorell and the cast spoke about diversity issues in Hollywood and the acting world, the challenges of being of color in creative spaces and the many successful projects they have been working on.
